The place was incredibly tidy, the team was amicable, showers were hot, and my room, serene. Lovely proximity to Chinatown, with a fantastic coffee spot across the way for breakfast. Highly recommend for solo and international visitors—exceptional bargain.
Great value during conference week. Exceptionally comfortable location, just 10 minutes from Moscone Center. Secure environment with 24-hour staff. Basic, yet well-executed service reminiscent of a premium hostel. Shared facilities were impeccably clean and frequently sanitized.

Facilities were spotless. One night, a bathroom had some tissue on the ground, but there were other clean bathrooms available. The place stayed impressively clean thanks to the staff and guests. My room was snug but had ample storage, a desk, sink, and fan. The bed was comfy with several pillow options. Free water and affordable vending machines in the lobby were great for late-night snacks.

The receptionists were welcoming, and I appreciated the free beverages in the shared pantry. The vending machine was accessible any time of the day. Reliable Wi-Fi was a plus.
